Integration
One of the key points for the smooth running of an IPTV middleware consists on the integration with other systems available in the client facilities. This integration allows either to improve the client experience or to incorporate new bussiness models such as, for example:

The integration with either the client's PMS (Property Management System) or the customer's CRM. VoDKA.TV provies a very simple API for the integration with any commercial solution, it even incorporates one 100% autonomous PMS for such cases in which the client has no proper PMS.

DRM / CAS. Another key feature is the content and channel protection in such a way that it couldn't be copied and redistributed by the users. VoDKA.TV is preintegrated with different DRM providers and depending on the neccesities of the specific deployment the final integration can be carried out without further complications.

TV Sets. Certain functionalities being carried out by the middleware such as the wake-up service or alarm can be deployed depending on the integration level between the STB an TV Sets in such a way that from the middleware it is possible to send a command to the TV Set to switch it on, change the volume level or tune a specific channel.

Internet Access. To have at one's disposal an IP infrastructure makes it possible the access to Internet through the TV Set allowing web browsing, e-mail checking, or instant messaging services.
