Since 2006 ANTARES has been present at major events and tests of DVB-H transmission in the world and deployed at some high profile headends:

  • September 2006 - the DVB consortium selects Antares as the ESG for the first DVB-H broadcast transmission at the International Broadcasting Conference in Amsterdam (http://www.dvb-h.org/PDF/DVB-H%20TR%20IBC%20v1.4.1.pdf) , and Antares is recognized as the first standard, interoperable DVB IPDC / CBMS Service Guide.
  • In February 2007, during the Mobile World Congress, Abertis performed five simultaneous broadcasts with multiple headends (SIDSA with LambdaStream Antares, plus Thales, Nokia, BenQ-Siemens, Thomson). Antares is widely recognized as the most interoperable.
  • In May, 2007 the BMCO forum hosts a test camp - once again Antares interoperability is highly regarded and gets the highest scores - awarded from terminal manufacturers, analyzer manufacturers, and terminal software developers,
  • Axión (Groupe TDF) selected Antares for its DVB-H headend in Seville. Axión and LambdaStream are working together in a project to deliver converged services for mobile TV and IPTV.
  • The OTV / Oblastonoje Televidenye in Ekaterimbourg has deployed Antares servers for its DVB-H headend
  • Fanamoj Group in Iran has deployed Antares servers for its DVB-H headend.
  • Innoxius Technologies from Singapore signed a partner agreement to license Antares
  • Irdeto has integrated Antares with its Conditional Access platform, and uses Antares at its labs.
