VoDKA Batch Transcoder
VoDKA Batch transcoder is a distributed multimedia transcoding control system. Media assets can be manually managed, or automatically acquired from watchfolders on an FTP server, or retrieved from VoDKA Asset Manager.
VoDKa Batch Transcoder enables a single source video to be transcoded into multiple target formats, with multiple parameters, and optionally updates the resulting media automatically into VoDKa Asset Manager as well. Some use cases include:

Architecture
A VoDKA Batch Transcoder deployment requires two different node types:

Management nodeMonitors worker nodes, tracks incoming media, assigns work batches to worker nodes, performs fault management.
